World Human Recourse Development Education (WHRDE) is an autonomous body, which is recognized and registered NGO under Government of India for Human Resource Development. WHRDE is an esteemed organization for a spectacular development in bringing up Technical & IT industry in the country with its significant contribution in Hardware, Software, Application Development, Research Program, Project Guidance, Marketing, Technical and Computer Education, Self-Education in Self-employment Scheme, Literacy and Teachers Training all over the country at all social level and mobilize people to participate actively in the development program of the Government. Legality, validity, utility of the courses are strict conformity with the constitution of India and Law of the land under Central Government act articles 14,15, 19(1)g ,21A, 29,30,45, 46,51A(1),301. WHRDE is Providing Best Classes with Practicals through its Authorized Training Centers / Skill development or Testing centers and Industries collaborative programmes as a Promoting Agency of Science ,Technical ,Computer Programmes & Skill Development . CSC Academy
CSC Academy was setup in 2017 that provides access to professional learning for learners of diverse backgrounds and educational needs. The CSC Academy is a not-for-profit society under the Societies Registration Act 1860 (Act 21 of 1860), as applicable to the Union of Delhi with its registered office in Delhi. Foster the capability and development of the learners, especially the Village Level Entrepreneur and other stakeholder of the Common Services Centre scheme through the extensive use of Information and Communication Technologies and teaching, by delivering specialized courses/ training programmes and ensuring ubiquitous reach of training services and community development programmes (healthcare, housing, education, financial services etc). Develop, maintain and support the online learning environment for ensuring large scale e-learning opportunities for learners across India, particularly in rural and far- flung regions. Also design, develop content and delivery framework through CSC for education, skill upgradation and other areas for community development in rural areas. Presently, the CSC Academy is delivering various Government of India sponsored skill and education programs, in addition to courses from private sector. Many of them are funded under Government schemes or under Corporate Social Responsibility, CSR funding. Over a period of time the CSC Academy shall become Education Hub for Rural India to provide life-long education and learning. These may cover programs at school level, career level, professional level and self-development level.

MSMEs are complementary to large industries as ancillary units and this Sector contributes enormously to the socio-economic development of the country.
